Why is my account disabled?

A disabled account can't sign in. Users and admins are usually disabled by their account owner, who can enable them again from the Users page in Settings. Account owners are usually disabled when Text-Em-All needs information about how the account is being used, and our support team can help with next steps.

What should I do if I'm a user or admin?

If you're a user or admin, contact your account owner. Account owners usually disable a user on purpose, and they can enable you again if you still need access.

Here's what your account owner can do:

  1. Go to the Users page in Settings.
  2. Click the filter icon and select Disabled.
  3. Click the three-dot menu at the end of your row and select the option to enable you.

Your account owner can find the full steps in Managing users.

What should I do if I'm the account owner?

If you're the account owner, contact our support team. We'll look at your account and tell you what we need. A common reason is that Text-Em-All needs more information about how you're using your account.

We can't address individual account details in the help center, so please contact support for anything specific to your account.
