Enable Unlimited Conversations

Unlimited Conversations allows Credits plan accounts to send unlimited text messages through the Inbox without consuming credits for outbound messages. This feature costs $40 per month per text number and is already included in Monthly accounts based on group size.

How do I enable unlimited conversations?

Unlimited Conversations requires Account Owner access and takes approximately 5 minutes to set up through your text settings.

1. Click your name in the top right corner of your account
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
3. Click Text Settings on the left sidebar
4. Locate the text number you want to enable and click its three-dot menu
5. Select Enable Unlimited Conversations
6. Click Yes, Continue in the confirmation dialog
7. Review and confirm your payment information
8. Click Enable Unlimited Conversations to complete setup

What does unlimited conversations cost?

Unlimited Conversations costs $40 per month per text number that has this feature enabled. The billing begins immediately upon activation and continues monthly until canceled.

How do I reactivate unlimited conversations after a billing issue?

If your Unlimited Conversations service was suspended due to billing problems, you must first cancel the feature, then re-enable it with updated payment information.

1. Click your name in the top right corner of your account
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
3. Click Text Settings on the left sidebar
4. Find the affected text number and click its three-dot menu
5. Select Cancel Unlimited Conversations
6. Confirm by clicking Cancel Unlimited Conversations again
7. Click the three-dot menu for the same text number
8. Select Enable Unlimited Conversations
9. Click Yes, Continue in the confirmation dialog
10. Update and confirm your payment information
11. Click Enable Unlimited Conversations to reactivate

How do I cancel unlimited conversations?

You can cancel Unlimited Conversations at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and you will only be charged for the current billing period.

1. Click your name in the top right corner of your account
2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
3. Click Text Settings on the left sidebar
4. Find the text number with unlimited conversations enabled
5. Click the three-dot menu next to that number
6. Select Cancel Unlimited Conversations
7. Confirm by clicking Cancel Unlimited Conversations in the dialog
