How do I send an image in a new conversation?
Pay-as-you-go accounts can send images to multiple recipients in new conversations, while monthly accounts are limited to single recipient image messages. Here's the complete process for both account types:
- Click the Start Conversation button in your Inbox.
- Select recipients by typing their phone number directly or clicking the Add Contacts icon to choose from your contact list.
- Type your message text in the message field.
- Click the orange Insert Image icon located in the message toolbar.

- Select an image file from your computer using the file browser.
- Alternative methods: Drag and drop an image file directly into the message field, or copy and paste an image from your web browser.
- Click Send when your message is ready to deliver.
How do I send an image in an existing conversation?
Add images to ongoing conversations to continue visual communication with your contacts. This process works identically for all account types since you're messaging a single recipient:
- Click on your desired existing conversation from the conversation list.
