Send Image in Conversations

Pay-as-you-go (credits) accounts may send outbound images from the Conversations page.

Send an Image in New Conversation

Only Pay-As-You-Go accounts can send images to multiple recipients in New Conversation. Monthly accounts may send an image to a single recipient as part of a one on one conversation. To send an image follow these steps:

  1. Click New Conversations.
  2. Select recipients by typing their number or clicking the Add Contacts icon.
  3. Type your message.
  4. Click the orange Insert Image icon.
    1. Select an image from your computer.
  5. Alternately, you can drag and drop an image from your computer into the message field.
  6. When you're ready click Send

Note: Images can be a maximum of 5 MB and .png or .jpg/.jpeg file types. Adding an image will not affect your word count.


Send Image in an Existing Conversation

  1. Select your desired existing conversation by clicking on it. 
  2. In the rightmost chat panel, click where it says "Type a message..."
  3. Click the orange Insert Image icon.
    1. Select an image from your computer.
  4. Alternately, you can drag and drop an image from your computer into the message field.
  5. When you're ready to send your message hit enter on your keyboard or click the arrow icon in the message field. 

Note: Images can be a maximum of 5 MB and .png or .jpg/.jpeg file types. Adding an image will not affect your word count.


Cost to Send an Image in Conversations

Credits:

Text broadcasts that include an image (MMS) are at least 2 credits per recipient phone number. 

Monthly Plans:

Images may only be sent in reply to an existing conversation to one number. This can be done from the far-right Conversations pane or the BC Details 'Replies' tab.

*Inbound images are always free!
