Adding a Specific Number from a Group to a Broadcast

You may not always want to add an entire group to a broadcast.  The instructions below show two different step-by-step instructions on adding one or a few phone numbers from a group to a broadcast.

Option A

1. Click on CREATE A BROADCAST
2. Complete step one and click Continue
3. On step 2 click the Add from Contacts box
4. Click the arrow to the right of the group name to view contacts in that group
5. Check the box next to the numbers of the contacts you want to include
6. Click Add Selected Contacts

Option B

1. Click on CREATE A BROADCAST
2. Complete step one and click Continue
3. On step 2 click the Add from Contacts box
4. Select the group that includes the people you want to reach
5. Click Add Selected Groups
6. A summary of your selected contacts will appear. Select the link that reads View/Remove Recipients
7. Click the checkbox next to any number you wish to remove
8. Click Remove Selected Recipients
