Send a Text & Voice Broadcast

What is a text & voice broadcast?

A text & voice broadcast sends both a text message and voice call to your contacts in a single campaign. By default, cell phones receive text messages while landlines receive voice calls, but you can configure the system to send both message types to all recipients for maximum coverage. This approach ensures your important message reaches people regardless of their communication preferences or device type.

Before you begin

Set up your contact lists before creating your first broadcast. You can add contacts through our contact management tools or by uploading contact files.

Quick tip: You can also upload files or add individual contacts directly during broadcast creation in Step 2 for one-time use.
