Upgrade Your Account
You can upgrade your free account to a paid monthly subscription or to a Credits plan at any time. Your free account will never expire so feel free to return whenever you are ready to make a purchase. In this guide, you'll learn how to upgrade your free account.
Tip: The Credits plan contains ALL features Text-Em-All has to offer. Monthly subscriptions do not have access to premium features such as MMS, Transfer and Connect, or API access.
Before You Begin
- When you upgrade, you'll see options for Credits and Monthly Subscriptions. To learn more about which plan is right for you, visit Choosing the Right Text-Em-All Plan.
Upgrade Your Free Account
To upgrade your free account, log into your account and follow these steps:
- On the Home page click Choose Plan on the top of your screen.
- On the next page, select from the two presented options, Credits and Monthly.
Credits
If you wish to purchase credits proceed by:
- Click on CHOOSE CREDITS.
- Enter the number of credits you wish to purchase and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click COMPLETE PAYMENT.
Monthly
If you wish to subscribe to the monthly plan, proceed by:
- Click on CHOOSE MONTHLY.
- Enter the number of unique numbers you plan to contact for the month and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click COMPLETE PAYMENT.
