In most cases, you’ll set up your email when you create a Text-Em-All account. However, if you currently have an Text-Em-All account you may update your email address to ensure you get 2FA emails on login.

  1. Go to your Settings > Profile page.
  2. Under Contact Info click Edit.
  3. In the Contact Info dialog enter the email address you wish to use for 2FA.
  4. Click Save when finished.

Log in with email 2-factor authentication

To log in using email 2-factor authentication, follow these steps.

  1. Go to Text-Em-All's log in page.
  2. Enter your Text-Em-All username and password on the login screen, and click Log In.
  3. Check your email and type the six-digit passcode into the Email verification code field on the Text-Em-All page.
  4. Click Log In when finished.

Never share your login credentials or the authentication code with anyone. Text-Em-All employees will never ask for the code.
