Voice message length restrictions occur when your account lacks sufficient credits for longer recordings or when your maximum recording length settings are too low. Text-Em-All calculates voice credits based on message duration and recipient count, so longer messages require more credits to send successfully.

Why is my voice message length shorter than expected?

Your voice message length gets limited by two factors: available credits and account settings. Credits are consumed based on both the number of recipients and the length of your message. If you don't have enough credits for your desired message length, the system restricts recording time. Additionally, your account's maximum message length setting creates an upper limit for all voice broadcasts.

How do I purchase credits to increase message length?

Purchasing additional credits allows you to send longer voice messages to more recipients. The system calculates required credits based on your recipient count and desired message duration before you begin recording.

Step 1: Buy more credits

1. Click HOME on the top navigation bar
2. Click Buy More Credits

Step 2: Update max length of your pending broadcast

1. From the HOME screen click on your pending broadcast
2. Click Edit
3. Click the Max Length drop-down menu
4. Select your new time length
5. Click Save
6. Click Get Recording Instructions to verify your updated time

How do I update my account's max message length setting?

Your account's Voice Settings control the maximum allowed length for all voice broadcasts. Increasing this setting gives you more flexibility for longer messages, but you'll still need sufficient credits to send them.

Step 1: Update your account's max message length

1. Click your name in the top right corner of your account
2. Click Settings
3. Click Voice Settings
4. Click Edit on Max Message Length
5. Select your preferred length
6. Click Save

1. From the HOME screen click on your pending broadcast
2. Click Edit
3. Click the Max Length drop-down menu
4. Select your time
5. Click Save
6. Click Get Recording Instructions to verify your updated time
