Understanding Your Activity Reports

This article covers legacy information. If your account looks different than the below then go to our Reports page to see the reports for the current version of Text-Em-All.

In addition to the details provided on a broadcast-to-broadcast basis, there are several reports available within the account for the Account Owner's review. All of the results can be sorted in a number of ways for easy reading.
All of the below reports can be accessed through the  Reports section:
  1. Hover over your name in the top right corner of your Text-Em-All account.
  2. Select Reports from the drop down menu.
  3. Click the desired report from the list. There are two category of reports to view in your account: account level reports and user activity reports.

Account Level Reports

Credit Balance: This report can be filtered by date range and shows all adjustments to your credit balance in the past year. The credit balance reports shows all adjustments since the account creation. Please note: The credit usage report is only available for accounts on our credits plan.

There are many actions that can lead to a change in your credit balance.

  • Completed text and/or voice broadcasts
  • Outbound conversation text messages
  • Creation or payment of an invoice
  • Manual addition or removal of credits

User Activity Reports

Credit Usage Report: This report shows your monthly credit usage by user and can be filtered to view one specific user at a time.  The report is listed by month and shows the corresponding credits used during that month. Please note: The credit usage report is only available for accounts on our credits plan. Months with zero activity will not be shown.
Messenger Activity: This report can be filtered by user and date and shows a broadcast summary of your messengers. This is a great report for viewing activity and usage across multiple locations. Where the Credit Usage Report only shows a summary of the total credits used, the Messenger Activity report shows the total number of broadcasts contributing to the total credits used organized by user.
