What To Do When Not Receiving Emails from Text-Em-All

If you are having trouble receiving an email message from Text-Em-All this article will help with common troubleshooting tips. 


Make sure we have the correct email address

  • It is important to make sure the correct email is on file for your account. You can check your email go to the Settings → Profile page. Read how to update your email address in our support article Update Your Account Email Address.
  • If the email address is correct and you still aren't getting emails, consider changing the email to a new email address. 


Check your spam folder

Check your email's spam or junk folder. Modern email services use advanced technology to try and reduce spam, so it is possible a filter moved one of our emails to your spam folder. To prevent this from happening in the future, add a rule or filter to accept emails from the following addresses:

  • support@text-em-all.com
  • info@text-em-all.com
  • no-reply@text-em-all.com
  • billing@text-em-all.com

My email is right. Why can't you send me emails?

  • Even if your email is valid and works, your email service or ISP (internet service provider) may be blocking mail from Text-Em-All or filtering our emails as spam. You may need to work with your IT team to resolve these filters. 
  • If emails from Text-Em-All are consistently bouncing we won't be able to send you important messages. You are free to troubleshoot these issues with your ISP, and you may be able to ask them to make sure they are allowing emails from Text-Em-All.
