Update Your Account Email Address

When you created your Text-Em-All account you entered an email address. This article explains how to update or change that email address from inside your account. 

Note: Keeping a valid email address on file ensures you receive important notifications about your account, broadcast results, and communications from Customer Support. We recommend using an email address you regularly use. For larger companies, you may want to use a generic email that multiple people may access in case the account administrator leaves or changes hands.

Update Your Account Email Address

To change or update your account email address login and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by clicking on the name on the top right of your screen and selecting Settings from the drop-down menu. 
  2. Click Profile on the left-hand side.
  3. Click Edit in the Contact Info box. 
  4. Edit your email address in the dialog that appears and click OK when finished.
