How to Auto Refill Credits

Our auto-refill feature ensures you never run too low on credits. You may automatically set a specific number of credits to buy when your account balance drops too low. This feature is only available for Credits accounts with an active credit card on file. This article will walk you through how to set up auto-refill for credit purchases. 


Before You Begin

  • If you normally pay via invoice, this feature is not available to you. 
  • The only payment option is a credit card. So, if you are removing the invoice option, ACH, PO, and checks will not be accepted. 
  • Auto-Refill will only charge your credit card a maximum of 5 times per day. After five charges, you will be required to manually purchase credits until the next day. 

First Time Set up for Auto-Refill

  1. Navigate to your Settings Billing page (only viewable by Account Owners and Admins)
  2. Click the button that says Add Auto-Refill in the Auto-Refill Credits section. 
  3. Enter the Credit Balance you wish to trigger the auto refill purchase. 
  4. Enter how many credits you wish to purchase using the credit card on file when your credits drop too low. 
  5. Click SAVE when finished. 

Enable or Edit Auto-Refill

  1. Navigate to your Settings Billing page (only viewable by Account Owners and Admins)
  2. Click the toggle button in the Auto-Refill Credits section to toggle the feature on. 
  3. Click the EDIT button in the row just below the toggle if you need to change any of the values. 
  4. Fill out any changes in the dialog and click SAVE when finished. 

Turn off Auto-Refill

  1. Navigate to your Settings Billing page (only viewable by Account Owners and Admins)
  2. Click the toggle button in the Auto-Refill Credits section to toggle the feature off.
