Recipients hear your recorded message and respond by pressing star (*) followed by a number on their phone. Text-Em-All captures these responses and displays them in your <a href=\"https://support.call-em-all.com/article/450-understanding-voice-broadcast-details\">broadcast details</a> report.</p>\n<p>Survey broadcasts can be combined with transfer broadcasts to route callers to live representatives.
