I can't install an update for the Text-Em-All app

First, check your internet connectivity. For best results when downloading ensure you are connected via Wi-Fi. 

If you have a strong internet connection you can check to see how much space is available on your device. Your device should have a minimum of 70MB of space available to download the app. 

To check how much space is available on your Android, follow these instructions:

1. Navigate to your device's Settings app. This may be located on your home screen or in your app library. 
2. Android phone settings may vary, but you are looking to open your device Storage.
3. If your device has less than 70MB available, you may need to uninstall other apps to free up space. 
4. Once you have more space available, try updating the app again. 

To check how much space is available on your iPhone, follow these instructions:

1. Tap Settings on your Home screen. 
2. Tap General
3. Tap iPhone Storage
4. If your device has less than 70MB available, you may need to uninstall other apps to free up space. 
5. Once you have more space available, try updating the app again. 

If you have enough space available and you still have trouble installing the app, try the following: 

1. Cancel the download in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then restart the download. 
2. If this does not work, uninstall the Text-Em-All app. After you uninstall the app, restart your phone and then re-install the Text-Em-All app.
