How to Add or Edit Templates from Create Broadcast

You may add a previously created text message to your text broadcast. You may also create new templates for future use. They will be stored in your Message Library.

Add a Text Template to Your Broadcast

On Step 3 of Create Broadcast, you may follow these steps to add a text template to your text broadcast

1. Click the Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
2. Click the message you would like to add.

Create a New Text Template from Create Broadcast

On Step 3 of Create Broadcast, you may follow these steps to create a new text template to your text broadcast

1. Click the Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
2. Click Create Template 
3. Give your template a name
4. Type your template message
5. Click Create

Edit an Existing Text Template from Create Broadcast

On Step 3 of Create Broadcast, you may follow these steps to edit an existing text template

1. Click the Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
2. Hover over the template and click the Edit icon shaped like a pencil 
3. Edit your template
4. Click Save

Add an Image to a Text Template from Create Broadcast

On Step 3 of Create Broadcast, you may follow these steps to add an image to an existing or new text template

1. Click Add Templates icon (tooltip says: "Use a template from your message library")
2. Click Create Template
   1. Alternately: Hover over the template and click the Edit icon shaped like a pencil 
3. Click the Add Image icon
4. Select your image
5. Click Create or Save
