Communication Preference
By default, our system will know to send the landline numbers a voice call and the mobile numbers a text message. If you want to set someones' calling preferences so they don't receive a call or text you can simply edit the contact and update the Opt-In/Out preferences.
Set your contacts' communications preference
- Navigate to your Contacts page.
- Click on the contacts name you wish to set communication preferences for.
- In the edit info dialog, click the Opt In/Out category on the left side.
- Click the toggle to opt a contact out of voice calls or text messages.
- Click Save.
