Communication Preference

By default, our system will know to send the landline numbers a voice call and the mobile numbers a text message.  If you want to set someones' calling preferences so they don't receive a call or text you can simply edit the contact and update the Opt-In/Out preferences.  

Set your contacts' communications preference

  1. Navigate to your Contacts page.
  2. Click on the contacts name you wish to set communication preferences for.
  3. In the edit info dialog, click the Opt In/Out category on the left side. 
  4. Click the toggle to opt a contact out of voice calls or text messages.
  5. Click Save.
