Updating Your Log In and Contact Information

You can update both your contact details and login credentials from the Profile section of your account settings. Contact information changes take effect immediately, while login credential updates require additional security verification.

How do I update my contact information?

Your contact information includes your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. These details appear in your account profile and help us communicate important account updates with you.

  1. Navigate to your Settings > Profile page
  2. Click the green Edit button to the right of "Contact Info"
  3. Update any of the following fields as needed:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
  4. Click the blue Save button when finished

How do I update my login information?

Login credential changes must be completed from within your account for security reasons. Text-Em-All Customer Support cannot update usernames or passwords on your behalf. If you're locked out of your account, read our troubleshooting login issues guide.

How do I change my username?

Your username is what you use to log into your Text-Em-All account. You can change this at any time, but you'll need your current password to confirm the change.

  1. Navigate to your Settings > Profile page
  2. Click the green Edit button next to "Username"
  3. Enter your desired new username in the first field
  4. Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field
  5. Click the blue Save button to confirm the change

How do I change my password?

Regular password updates help keep your account secure. You'll need to confirm your current password and enter your new password twice to prevent typing errors.

  1. Navigate to your Settings > Profile page
  2. Click the green Edit button next to "Password"
  3. Enter your desired new password in the "New Password" field
  4. Re-enter the same new password in the "Confirm New Password" field
  5. Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field
  6. Click the blue Save button to update your password

What should I do if I have trouble updating my profile?

Most profile update issues can be resolved by following these steps:

  • Username already exists: Try a different username if your desired choice is already taken
  • Password requirements: Ensure your new password meets any security requirements displayed on screen
  • Current password incorrect: Double-check that you're entering your current password correctly
  • Changes not saving: Refresh your browser and try again, ensuring you click "Save" after making changes
