Managing your Message Library - Texts

 Message Library is where you can find a list of audio messages and text messages that have been saved to your account. There are a number of actions you can take in the Text library.

Delete Text Template

This option is only available to customers with Account Owner-level privileges. 

1. Go to Message Library → Text Library
2. Find the text template you wish to delete and click the three-dot menu on that row.
3. Click Delete from the menu.

Favorite Text Templates

This option is only available to customers with Account Owner-level privileges. 

1. Go to Message Library → Text Library
2. Find the text template you wish to favorite and click the three-dot menu
3. Click Mark as starred

Share Text Templates with Users

Sharing text templates will allow Admins and Users to edit and use the text template. Admins and Users cannot delete text templates that have been shared and cannot share text templates with other users.

1. Go to Message Library → Text Library
2. Find the text template you wish to share and click the three-dot menu
3. Click Mark as shared

Delete, Share, or Save multiple Text Templates at once

This option is only available to customers with Account Owner-level privileges. 

1. Go to Message Library → Text Library
2. Check the boxes to the left of the desired text templates
3. A light green bar will appear at the top of the page. Once all your templates are selected click the appropriate icon on that bar.
