Phone Number History Report

The Phone Number History report provides a complete record of all voice and text communications between your Text-Em-All account and any specific phone number. This comprehensive audit trail includes inbound messages, outbound broadcasts, conversation details, and delivery results for compliance and support purposes.

How do I access the Phone Number History report?

You can access communication history for any phone number through multiple entry points in your account. The fastest method is clicking directly on a phone number from your Contacts page or any Broadcast Details page, which opens the history report immediately.

To access the report through the main navigation:

  1. Click your account name in the upper right corner
  2. Select Reports from the dropdown menu
  3. Click Phone Number History on the left navigation panel

How do I search for communication history?

The search function displays all interactions with any phone number in your account history. You can view detailed records for any contact, even if they are no longer in your contact database.

  1. Enter a 10-digit phone number in the search field
  2. Click the Search button
  3. Review the detailed list showing all communication with this phone number
  4. Click on any row to view the complete conversation thread or broadcast details

How do I export the Phone Number History report?

Export functionality creates a downloadable spreadsheet file containing all communication data for record-keeping or compliance documentation. The exported file includes all text content and delivery information but excludes audio playback capabilities.

What information appears in the Phone Number History report?

The report captures comprehensive communication data for complete audit trails and support resolution. Each entry provides context about the interaction type, timing, and outcomes.

The report includes these data points:

  • Communication date and timestamp: Exact timing of each message or call
  • Delivery status and results: Success confirmation, delivery failures, or error codes
  • Message type and source: Broadcast name for mass messages or conversation thread for individual interactions
  • Complete message content: Full text of messages with voice message playback options (playback not available in exported files)
  • MMS attachments: Images and multimedia content for both inbound and outbound messages
