Should there ever come a day when Text-Em-All is no longer the service for you, please feel free to contact our customer support team at support@text-em-all.com or at (877) 226-3080 to ask for a refund.

Of course, we don't want to see you go. So if there is something we can be doing better to serve you, from training to a new feature, we're all ears.

Stipulations

Monthly Plans - If your account hasn't been used, we're happy to refund up to the last 3 months of unused service.

Credits - We can refund any unused credit purchases made within the last 6 months.

Expectations

If we discover that a refund is the best way forward, our accounting team will be notified immediately to refund the appropriate amount to your credit card. Please allow 7-9 business days for this to take effect after the request.
