High Number of Busy/NA or Invalid Numbers
With our service, we send voice broadcasts over traditional phone lines. The technology behind this system depends on several factors working together including phone companies and their respective switches and routes.
If you find yourself experiencing a sudden spike in Busy/NA or Invalid Numbers, try these quick adjustments below in your Voice Settings tab which can be accessed when you click the name in the top-right corner and choose Settings from the drop-down menu:
- Increase the number of your retries if your retry attempts are not already at the max of 3.
- Lower your Call Speed - this number reflects how many of your contacts are reached per minute. After making these changes, continue to monitor your broadcast results.
