Reply to Texts via Broadcast Details

You can view your text broadcast results from your Broadcast Details page.  You can also view broadcast replies from the broadcast details page. 

View and Respond to a Text Reply in Broadcast Details: 

1. Click Home
2. Click the broadcast you want to review.
3. Click on the Replies tab located on the left side of the page
   1. Unread replies will have a red dot to the left of the date on the Reply column. 
4. Click the three dot menu on the contact you wish to reply to and click Reply.
5. A chat dialog will appear where you can type and send your message. 

Tip: Clicking Opt Out will opt the contact out from receiving further communications from your account.
